BACHELOR PROJECT, HOCHSCHULE FÜR GESTALTUNG, SCHWÄBISCH GMÜND
Today the first physical contact with milk occurs by grabbing, opening and tilting a milk carton. Based on the handling of a milk packaging, this mobile exhibition shows compact information about industrial processing and commercial exploitation of cow milk.
Chosen topics are generally but only superficially known, like mass production, milk advertisement or lactose intolerance. To keep a certain practical value, the observer can discover further hidden information behind different movable objects.
This mobile exhibition is designed for public space. Therefore all information is made simple and easy to understand by dividing them into primary and secondary information, using infographics and avoiding technical terms. My aim is to raise consciousness for milk and its daily consumption.
